Greg is joined by Toby Guevin (@BatFlipCrazy) to compare and analyze the similarities and differences between their fantasy baseball rankings for 2019. The positions will be split up across two shows. In this first installment, the discussion begins with some rankings philosophy (2:30) and a couple disclaimers. Next, overall top-30s are compared (9:46), noting differing views on how early to draft pitchers, Jose Altuve, and Bryce Harper. Then it's on to positional rankings, leading off with first base (35:00), featuring a Luke Voit deep dive. Third base follows (1:03:46), with your hosts forecasting Vladamir Guerrero Jr.'s arrival and what it might mean for Toronto's other hitters. They begin by briefly discussing how NFL playoff implications could affect player usage for key teams, then identify some general attributes to look for when choosing QBs in DFS.
